Please note that none of the following terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time without notice.
UK Law is that applicable to these terms and conditions.

All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling, where VAT is added this is at the current rate

2.0 Delivery
2.1. In the event of delivery not being possible within 7 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.
2.2. When items are in stock we will send orders out to you on the following services : UK delivery - TNT 24 hour insured delivery service - typically delivery can be expected within 2 working days of placing an order.
2.3. Outside UK delivery - Please contact us
2.4. When the order is not in stock we will first find out an approximate delivery date, you will then be contacted with this information and you will have the choice to either cancel your order with a full refund of any monies paid or you may choose to continue with your order.
2.5. Special delivery arrangements, e.g. a delivery date and time. Please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
2.6. Exclusions:: Large items may involve special packing and carrier arrangements. In these circumstances the customer will be informed of the anticipitated delivery date and will be further contacted by telephone or e-mail by either the supplier or carrier, to confirm delivery times and arrangements. Large items may incur additional charges. In these cases the customer will be informed of the cost.

3.0. Replacements and Refunds
3.1. If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, contact us by phone or email within 2 working days of receipt.
3.1.1. Replacements : We will send you a replacement and arrange the return of the faulty item. (See paragraph 4.0 below). We will meet all delivery and return costs. Returned goods must be adequately packed.
3.1.2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your order contact us by phone or email. Our customer service number and address is shown above. Please note exclusions 3.2

Exclusions to the above where no refunds are available are set out under (3.2. Exclusions) below.
3.2. Exclusions
Made to Order Items: Any graphic or bespoke display work or exhibition stand undertaken on your behalf which has been fully aproved by yourself prior to production by us or a third party.

4.0 Returning Goods

  4.1. Within the UK we will arrange the pick up of faulty items from your delivery address at a time and date convenient to you.
4.2. For faulty items sent outside of the UK we will provide instructions of how to return your order to us when you contact us regarding the return.

5.0 Credit Card Payments 

5.1. We use secure webpages for the input of all sensitive information
5.2.We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

6.0 Confirmation of your order

6.1. Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation including
A contact name
The total price
An order / reference no.
Instructions of how to contact us.

7.0 Receipt

  7.1. An official receipt for goods with be despatched with your order

8.0 Complaints

8.1. Complaints should be made initially by e-mail and will be acknowledged within 2 working days
8.2. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. and we will keep you fully informed of progress.
