Methods of Payment

United Kingdom – Credit card via PayPal. Personal Cheque /Cashiers Cheque /Money Order. Please make Cheques payable to M.P.Martin

IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD CHOOSE OPTION "CHEQUE (BY POST)" THEN UNDER "COMMENT" WRITE "CREDIT CARD" - Maureen Martin will forward you a PAYPAL invoice asking you for your credit card number.

International – PayPal. Bank Cheque or International Money Order in UK funds.

Shipping

United Kingdom - £2.50 postage and packing for orders under £50.00. Free P/P over £50.00

Overseas orders - £3.50 for orders under £50.00. Free for orders over £50.00.

Terms

Orders are generally shipped within two working days after clearance confirmation of payment. Should there be a delay, you will be notified. All sales taxes are included in the displayed prices.

Please note miniature items are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 14 years.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days after the day of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, within 30 days. We will ask that you return the goods to us and make the necessary arrangements with you at the time you contact us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our goods or service then please send full details of your complaint via email to sales@dollshousewallpaper.co.uk  or alternatively by post . We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order from the time of placing the order up to 7 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. Please contact us by phone or email to advise us of your intention. A refund of the purchase cost will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We will request that the goods are returned, in original condition, including all packaging and documentation, at your cost, and if not returned, we will collect them, and deduct the direct cost from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
